When you have done 6 to 8 reps regarding left left, Testropin switch to the right leg and do likewise. Rest 60 seconds after you've done both legs then repeat for a couple of more sets (3 sets total). Remember, once you're familiar with no exercise, start piling within weight to successfully ONLY get those half a dozen reps. If you're able to get more reps, elevate the weight the next time.
